Thank you for considering us! Please read the following for our terms and conditions before purchasing our items online.
Orders and Availability
We are a small brick and mortar store in San Francisco and as such, we carry limited quantities of our goods. Our quantity is continuously updated, but there may be an occasional hiccup due to sales inside the store. If an item you ordered is not available, you will hear from us immediately.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
AB Fits ships USPS and UPS. Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Anything after 3:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped the next day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped Tuesday. We are closed Mondays.
International orders will be shipped express with tracking. AB Fits is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties. If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for any additional costs.

Returns/Exchanges for Online Purchases
Regular price and unaltered merchandise may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 20 days of purchase. Please e-mail us your intent for return or exchanges at email@example.com. We will send you forms that will need to be sent with the item back. Returns online have 20 days to e-mail us and postmark products back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed) with tags attached. Altered and Sale merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned nor exchanged.
AB Fits will return the appropriate amount back to your original form of purchase as soon as the the return arrives back and is approved. We will follow up with an e-mail as soon as the amount is sent back to you. AB Fits is not responsible for return shipping back to us.
If you would like to exchange sizes, we offer free shipping to you on the first exchange (for domestic shipping only). Please e-mail us to check stock & to approve the return. Merchandise bought from the online store can be exchanged in person at AB Fits San Francisco.

In Store Purchases
Merchandise purchased in our San Francisco store may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days provided that it is in unworn condition with tags attached. Purchases that are altered are final sale.
Occasionally you will catch us on sale. HoorAy! Please note we are final sale on sale items purchased online and in store.
