Usually when the word "reversible" comes up in fashion we tend to cringe a little bit. Thoughts of brightly colored rubber raincoats and summery elastic waistband shorts from childhood come to mind, and honestly it's something we'd rather no re-live. So when the Ura Coat from Italian brand Novemb3r came in boasting a tag that read "REVERSIBLE" we rolled our eyes. However, this jacket has come to be one of our most desired item on the floor. First of all, the fit and fabrication on this thing is near perfect, casual enough to be worn daily, but clearly nice enough to pull off an up-scale dinner party. One side has a soft washed cotton twill in a dark earthy tone, and the reverse has a gray scale wool herringbone tweed (pictured above). Each side when worn facing out uses the reverse fabric as a trim for the collar and elbow patches adding a touch of detail to a coat that speaks primarily with its fit. We'll be living in ours this Winter.
