Peppino Peppino Type 104 Motor Jacket

Peppino Peppino's short and stylish motor jacket is cut from our core, soft, rinse Italian denim ‘smart indigo’. Their denim mill is the first company in the world to produce the dye, liquid indigo, in-house.

Indigo is insoluble in water: traditional dyes are based on reduction through hydrosulphites, which are often extremely polluting and hazardous to health. ‘Smart Indigo’ uses only indigo pigment, caustic soda (NaOH), water and electricity: it is an electrochemical process, so it does not use hydrosulphites.

Tobacco thread details throughout with rounded front pockets and an elongated shawl collar.
