MotivMfg

Founded in 2016 by Samuel Wei and Daniel Gu, MotivMfg draws on tailoring and workwear traditions to create clothing rooted in the past but made for the present. Rather than reproducing historical garments, the designers reinterpret them through distinctive proportions, construction, and carefully developed fabrics.

All MotivMfg garments are made by the brand’s small production team in Beijing, combining traditional tailoring with industrial sewing techniques.
