DEGEN

DEGEN is the work of designer and fiber artist Lindsay Degen, who studied Fiber Arts at the Rhode Island School of Design and Central Saint Martins. Designed in Providence, Rhode Island, the collection approaches knitwear through a deep understanding of craft, using traditional techniques as a starting point for experimentation with pattern, construction, color, and material.

Drawing from global craft traditions, historic art movements, and experimental knitting techniques, DEGEN creates expressive pieces that feel contemporary rather than nostalgic. The emphasis is on distinctive knit structures, thoughtful materials, and the knowledge and skill involved in making them.
