Jackman’s Back Nep BB Cap is made from a dry cotton-blend fabric woven with irregular nepped yarn, giving it a naturally textured, slightly rustic surface. The classic baseball shape keeps the unusual fabric easy to wear.
Because the nep yarn is delicate, Jackman uses an old-fashioned rapier loom that can weave the fabric with less tension. The result is a cap with plenty of character that will continue to soften with wear.
